Sign in to make your request

Signing in protects your account and lets Grown attach the request to the correct customer or seller profile. You can complete this process in your browser without reinstalling the app.

The process

What happens next

1. Sign in and select “Request account deletion review”.
2. Grown records the request without deleting or exposing your data.
3. The request is checked for records that must be retained or resolved.
4. Grown provides an outcome within one calendar month, including an explanation if it needs more information or cannot erase a record.
5. You receive the private status and a confirmed deletion only after execution.

Grown has approved an operational retention and deletion schedule. This route and the privacy notice remain a draft service until the website, backend, provider retention cycle and operating process are verified.
